4 1/2	c	Orange juice
2 1/2	c	Lemon juice
6	c	Cider
2	c	Sugar
2	c	Water
6	cl	Allspice
1	lg	Cinnamon stick
6	cl	Cloves
1	tb	Lemon rind
1	tb	Orange rind
1 1/2	c	Orange juice
3/4	c	Lemon juice

Combine first five ingredients in a large pot and bring to boil over medium heat. Simmer for ten minutes. Add the spices and bring back to boil. Simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for two hours or more. Add the last two ingredients and reheat. Serve with your favorite Christmas cookies.
